Needs improvement

I went there during ramadan the buffet was perfect and sohor also very good inside the hotel from back ther are many shops to buy and the good thing 900meter from alharam soo you can walk less than 1 kilmeter

The sheets was very very bad i saw blood on it

Hotel staff was not cooperative and cleanliness of hetel and rooms were far below the standard of a five star hotel. Transportation from Hotel to Haram was a big mess and at time we have to wait 45 to 60 minutes for the hotel bus at haram in soaring heat

Nice hotel but expensive .I don't think it is a five star hotel.they cgarged me for tripple room but they provided me a double room with an extra bed.rooms were not spaciuos and extra bed was very bad quality.very bad response on phone.one person to communicate in english.poor response at receptio.they wanted to give my family 2 rooms at different levels of hotel.
